Att vara sm&aring;barns mamma, &auml;lska att tr&auml;na och leda pass &auml;r ingen enkel ekvation. Speciellt inte n&auml;r min man ox&aring; &auml;lskar att tr&auml;na och vi inte har en enda anh&ouml;rig i stan. Det g&aring;r och det skriver jag om. Jag ingen tjej som h&auml;nger p&aring; gymmet if&ouml;rd Better Bodies outfit och som har en ambition att t&auml;vla i body fitness som "alla andra" kvinnliga tr&auml;ningsbloggare, nej jag &auml;r en ganska vanlig tjej med vanligt jobb och ett vanligt liv som tr&auml;nar i f&ouml;rsta hand f&ouml;r att det f&aring;r mig att m&aring; bra b&aring;de fysiskt och psykiskt, men jag tycker ocks&aring; att en v&auml;ltr&auml;nad kropp &auml;r en snygg kropp. Jag tr&auml;nar hemma p&aring; mitt vardagsrumsgolv eller utomhus i form av jogging och powerwalks och jag &auml;r fullt &ouml;vertygad om att man inte beh&ouml;ver g&aring; till ett gym f&ouml;r att f&aring; en snygg, v&auml;ltr&auml;nad kropp! Jag &auml;r grupptr&auml;ningsinstrukt&ouml;r och just nu undervisar jag i Zumba, Muskelpass och Boxercise.&nbsp;<br /><br />Jag &auml;r f&ouml;r&ouml;vrigt en mycket glad person som h&auml;r i tr&auml;ningsbloggen erbjuder dig p&aring; ett och annat smaskigt recept och &auml;ven lite egendesignade bilder och fotografier eftersom jag &auml;lskar formgivning och att just fotografera.
